The second and the third offer

One day comes two!! Really thrilled!!
I think it's time for me to deeply valauate each program and decide whcih offer I should take beforehand. These two are really good offers, though, keeping waitting for the others.

不簡單做料理 - Goulash (台式匈牙利燉牛肉)

其實說不簡單只是相對於時間來說
畢竟一個人要切要炒要悶再顧火加東西再加洗廚具真的是很辛苦
雖然成果自己不是很滿意
但是口味不挑的家人們還是很愛吃
推薦給大家
不過因為本人很不喜歡邊做邊拍只成呈現成果
我也是參考這兩位賢慧的主廚的食譜所做的

松露玫瑰 -「學做菜」Goulash (匈牙利燉牛肉)

黃色小客廳 - 匈牙利燉牛肉

<材料>
牛肋條 500g (推薦用其他種的牛肉像是稍微便宜一些的像是牛肩肉或是牛腱肉,因為肋條原本就已經很軟了不太需要再燉很久, 不過喜歡高級口感的人還是可以使用)
洋蔥 2顆
白蘿蔔 1根
紅蘿蔔 1根
西芹 3大根
甜椒 2個
黃瓜 1條
大蒜 4瓣
香菜莖 少許
水或高湯 (自行調配,想煮出醬的感覺的水最好低於蔬菜)
紅酒 1杯
蕃茄 6個 (也推薦用番茄糊和些許番茄醬)
麵粉 少許
月桂葉 3片
茴香籽 幾粒
百里香 些許
甜椒粉 2大匙
辣椒粉 1小匙
橄欖油

黑胡椒

<作法>
1. 所有材料先切塊,牛肉切塊後用鹽,胡椒,和橄欖油先抓一下
2. 煎牛肉,待表面焦黃後取出
3. 炒洋蔥,和甜椒
4. 在做前面這些事情之前可以先熬蕃茄高湯(也可使用番茄糊或是再加些番茄醬,我喜歡很多番茄,因為那酸酸的感覺真的很美味)
5. 將炒好的3放入番茄高湯中
6. 白蘿蔔,紅蘿蔔,西芹和牛肉也都進高湯
7. 滾約30分鐘之後,放入香料
8. 20分之後放紅酒(別太早放,因為酒味的香醇味會跑掉)
9. 在煮至確認所有料都軟爛之後,放入小黃瓜(因為容易變黃)
10.準備起鍋, 想吃醬型的可以灑些麵粉使濃稠, 並放入些香菜

後記:
其實很像紅酒燉牛肉, 分不清大的差別在哪裡, 不過聽說用柏根地燉的話最道地
然後也可以吃的時候配剩下的紅酒佐餐或是吃的時候再加些紅酒進去都非常搭
這一次煮的水太多, 變成兩鍋, 跟平常煮的德國香腸番茄羅宋湯很像, 但好處是可以吃好幾餐, 所以再加熱時也順便再把料煮爛
這次煮的不漂亮, 但算可口, 下次再努力

早上聽了陳文茜的分享
趕快來po一下感想
畢竟她也是我一直很敬佩的一個人
對於多領域知識的廣泛和深入的確使她成為一個非常具有魅力的一個女生
我其實也是對知識非常渴望的
但只是放空自己的時間比較多~:p
anyway, let summarize some points:

1. 年輕人要多往外走, 最好有國外的生活及工作經驗, 現在正是時候, 因為很多國家正在破產當中
2. 具有跨領域的思考能力, 最好不要只有一項專長, 可以參考大前研一的新書 π型人
3. 留學不是為了學位, 學到知識最重要, 像她自己就修了很多不相關的課好像會讓她無法畢業一樣

以上, 大概又給了我ㄧ些想法
我是跨領域的人, 目前也正走上這條路,語言是我的武器,但知識才是我的根基
就算最後國內的研究所也有考上,應該還是選擇出國吧
出國以後會想盡一切辦法看是否留在國外工作或是繼續求學
The New School 似乎是個不錯的選擇 -- 在當初二戰的時候由愛因斯坦捐助收留許多德國大師級教授的學校,在研究社會學和哲學領域上,相信可以成就這個領域的深度
不管未來會做什麼,我相信能帶給我的思考力絕對是 be different的

The Fisrt Offer

其實收到這個offer已經有一段時間了,不過因為還在等其他的學校,所以其實不算是很興奮. 不過其實對我來說應該也算是一個不錯的backup了. 學校的ranking也不算太差,前兩年的也還有到12th的位置. 算是已經妥協很多了,從當初堅持的MBA到MA or MS, 也許人生的路還會再繞但至少我覺得目前能前往UK算是個不錯的選擇(環境及匯率及歐洲旅遊種種因素的考量下). 感謝Kiku的開導讓我不再stick to MBA的迷思. 學習都是看自己吧,我想只要學校和教授不太差,其他的就是自己的積極度吧.

我還不確定自己最後會不會選擇出國,不過至少可以開始存英鎊了~~XD

簡單做料理 - 鮭魚炒飯

一般鮭魚炒飯的作法燈是把鮭魚片蒸熟或是烤熟
這樣一來就可以分成一小塊一小塊的跟炒飯一起炒
因為是簡單做料理,所以我們就要找出最好的替代品(subtitution)
這樣東西是只要有行李友空間的話去日本都會買的東西
鮭フレーク(Flake)中文應該是乾燥鮭魚鬆


但是不是乾燥的,水分也不少
所以開過之後就要放到冰箱裡面儘快吃完
牌子沒有特別的喜好,理論上都差不多
可以做很多料理譬如:茶泡飯(お茶漬け),鮭魚粥及任何可以用鹹鮭魚做的料理
也有厲害的人可以自己製作

材料:

乾鮭魚 ---------------- 1/3罐
蛋黃 ---------------- 1個
洋蔥 ---------------- 半個
高麗菜 ---------------- 1/8~1/4個
白飯 ---------------- 三碗飯的量
其他配料可依個人喜好自己添加

作法:

根據阿基師的偷吃步可以先把蛋黃與飯先攪拌開,可以確認到時候每粒飯都會沾到蛋汁,才會發出黃金般的光澤,同時可以趁此機會先把飯粒鬆開,之後會比較好炒。
其他的步驟都與一般炒飯的法相同,只是要鮭魚要最後快起鍋前再放。記得不要放鹽,如果必須要放要先嚐嚐看,因為鮭魚本身就已經有鹹了。這個量剛好。

結果:
飯會泛出粉紅色的光芒(如果講究的拍的話),可以在放上自製的甜脆小黃瓜 (我媽的密傳食譜) 去油膩感。再灑點胡椒就更適合了。 Enjoy it!

橄欖油等級優劣

最近家裏有了很多橄欖油
還滿高興的,因為就可以練習做不同的西式料理了
不過發現標示都不一樣
就算去過南歐旅遊也只知道 extra virgin 是好油但關於其他的都不知道
研究了一下發現真的是很廣大(不過還沒有像葡萄酒那樣複雜)

簡單做料理 - 微波爐水果派

看了很多人的網誌發現其實我都是在很隨意的紀錄我的生活新增影片
其實沒有很在意讀者的感受或是提供一些實用的資訊
以後會好好改進的

今天還是整個慵懶不想看書,於是就想做點東西
這個是上一次做的水蜜桃派,先讓大家決定要不要做,這個真的很簡單

材料:

(派皮)--

奶油    150g
餅乾屑    1/2

(其實我是偷懶用家樂福的圓派皮,作法下面會詳述。不過有兩種包裝,紅色的過鹹,個人偏好藍色款,原諒我不附照片,大家選購時可以自行比較)


(內餡)--

明膠粉   10g
冷開水    1/2
鮮奶     1/2
水蜜桃罐頭  1
A
蛋黃      1
糖粉     1/2

作法步驟:
將奶油軟化後,加入餅乾屑,拌勻,舖入模型中,壓平,製成派皮,放置於冰箱冷凍庫備用。

(若使用現成派皮的話,要先平鋪在盤上,防止膨脹要記得戳洞,用烤箱200度左右先烤個20分鐘讓它變的香香脆脆)
用冷開水將明膠粉調開後,連同 A 料放入鮮奶中,拌勻,以強微波加熱 4 分鐘後,倒入派皮上,先置於是內放涼,再放置冰箱冷藏。
食用前取出,以罐裝水果或是新鮮水果裝飾都可。

備註:
1.
可選擇櫻桃、奇異果等其他水果,依此程序做成各式水果派。
2.
可用果汁取代鮮奶,展現不同風味。

3.蛋白加入的話可以增強硬度和蛋香,可以試試看。

4.糖粉沒有的話也可以用方糖代替,融的快又均勻,效果非常好。

春節的尾巴 - 單攻畢祿山

氣死了..才剛寫完就被這個系統跳一下就不見了
現代人常常被電腦玩弄
所以我決定先不寫了(虧我剛才還很細心的查資料)
